We ship and deliver orders to all cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our success partners from accredited shipping companies.
2. Delivery Time
- Inside Riyadh/Region (Headquarters): Delivery typically takes 24 to 48 working hours.
- Rest of KSA Cities: Shipping takes a maximum of 3 to 7 working days, depending on the city and distance.
- Note: Delivery times may be affected during promotional periods and official seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
- The shipping and service costs appear on the "Checkout" page before the payment process is completed. The cost depends on the selected shipping company and the weight of the order.
- We may provide free shipping offers on specific orders as announced in the store.
4. Order Receipt
- The customer must provide us with the correct address and an accurate contact number to ensure the shipment arrives on time.
- Tetamman.tech is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from providing incorrect information or the customer’s failure to respond to the delivery representative.
- If the customer does not receive the shipment for more than 7 days after its arrival at the shipping company's branch, the shipment may be returned to the store. In this case, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
5. Shipment Inspection
We guarantee that all products leave our warehouses in excellent condition. We kindly ask the customer to inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt and ensure the integrity of the external packaging.
